Terms and Policies

I. Making an Order

  • You can make an order by filling out our online order form (not yet available).
  • You can also send us an email through info@samaritana org.
  • You may also call us at +63.2.938.1617 or +63.2.431.5771 and look for Jenny.
  • We will require you to provide information about yourself such as your name, contact numbers, home and office address, and email address so that it will be easier for us to contact and update you.
  • We will also require you to submit complete product information, that is, product name, product code and quantity. 
  • You will receive an acknowledgment letter in your email account as soon as your order has been placed.

II. Payment

  • You can send through registered mail a money order or a crossed check to the address below. Please make all checks payable toSAMARITANA TRANSFORMATION MINISTRIES, INC. and include a note that designates your payment “for livelihood product purchase."

  • You can also make a money transfer or a bank-to-bank transaction. If the transaction is made within the country, please fax a copy of your deposit slip to (+63 2) 431-5771 and specify that you are paying “for livelihood product purchase." The following are our account details:

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) payments are welcome for Metro Manila residents only who place orders of fifty (50) cards or more.

III. Delivery

For delivery of the products you have ordered, please allow:

  • 3-7 working days if your location is within Metro Manila.
  • 5-10 working days if your location is within Luzon.
  • 10-15 working days if your location is within Visayas and Mindanao.  
  • 10-30 working days if your location is outside the Philippines.
